This Agreement is designed to regulate relations between the Administration of the resource "Jaaj.Club" and an individual who searches for and disseminates information on this resource.
The resource "Jaaj.Club" is not a mass media, the Administration of the resource does not edit the posted information and is not responsible for its content.
The resource "Jaaj.Club" respects and protects copyright and related personal property and non-property rights. The use of works without the author's consent is allowed only in cases established by law. The user who has placed information on the resource "Jaaj.Club", independently represents and protects its interests arising in connection with the placement of this information in relations with third parties.
1. Parties to the Agreement
Administration of the resource "Jaaj.Club", located on the domain name www.jaaj.club, hereinafter referred to as the Administration, and a natural person placing information on this resource, hereinafter referred to as the User, have concluded this User Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, as follows.
2. Subject of the Agreement
Administration grants the User the right to place on the resource "Jaaj.Club" the following information:
- Information articles;
- Literary works;
- User profile.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
The User has the right:
- to freely search, receive, transfer, produce and distribute information on the resource "Jaaj.Club" in any lawful way;
- at any time to demand from the Administration to hide from other users of the information resource "Jaaj.Club" all information provided by him, as well as his own User account.
Administration has the right:
- at its own discretion to create, change, cancel the Rules of use of the resource "Jaaj.Club";
- at its own discretion to restrict access to any information posted by the User;
- delete the information posted by the User, User's account;
- refuse to register an account for the User whose account was previously deleted for violation of the terms of the Agreement.
The User undertakes:
- to ensure the reliability of the information provided;
- to ensure the uniqueness of published informational articles in the case of rewriting/copywriting from 80%;
- to respect authorship and not to publish literary works of another author without his consent;
- to have only one account Jaaj.Club;
- do not disseminate information that is aimed at war propaganda, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and hostility, as well as other information for the dissemination of which provides for criminal or administrative responsibility;
- do not disrupt the performance of the site by posting information containing viruses, creating additional load on the server, the use of programs that are not due to the functional content of the information resource, and other ways.
The administration undertakes:
- to protect the User's account from unauthorized access, destruction of information posted by the User, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to such information by all technical means at its disposal;
- in case of posting by the User of information, the dissemination of which is restricted or prohibited by federal laws, either to issue a warning to the User and delete such information, or delete the User's account, or to apply one or more measures of one or more of the following measures
4. Other conditions
The User realizes and agrees that the information posted by the User may be used by search or other automated services and by other means.
The Administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and those actually received.
In case of force majeure (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
5. Responsibility of the parties
In case the User has placed information, the distribution of which is restricted or prohibited by federal laws, violates copyright or other rights protected by law, the User bears full responsibility for its placement.
6. Terms and conditions of the Agreement
This Agreement comes into force from the moment of authorization by the User on the information resource "Jaaj.Club" and extends for an indefinite period of time.
The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the provisions of the Agreement, the User can be notified of changes by technical means of the resource.
