Some time ago, the sailors' uniforms inspired designers to create a nautical style, which immediately appealed not only to men, but also to women. There is nothing surprising in it, as this style combines at the same time looseness and comfort, activity and simplicity.
The main element of the nautical style is the stripe, which adds dynamics to the image, creates a pleasant sense of freedom.
This bright, summer style is characterized by pure and saturated colors without halftones: white, gold, blue, black and silver. This year designers suggested adding pink, sand and beige shades to the classic color scheme.
In addition, the designers decided to add bright decorative elements in the form of golden or silver braid, a cord resembling a ship's rope, as well as a sparkling anchor.

In 2021, the designers put a special emphasis on nautical-inspired prints, they complemented the traditional stripe with colorful images of ship ropes, chains, helm and sea creatures.

All of the above-mentioned elements of nautical style can be present on the clothes also in the form of applique, voluminous embroidery or jewelry. The image of a ship on the clothes can be supplemented with a small applique in the form of an anchor, as well as miniature ropes and chains.
