Three simple rules to protect yourself.
Despite the abolition of self-isolation, you will have to
wear masks at least until the end of spring. But this is not enough to partially protect yourself.
You need to properly care for them - just as you care, for example, about your underwear, says Dean of Swinburne University of technology in Melbourne, Bruce Thompson.
He formulated a few more rules that bring them closer together:
Do not remove the mask in public places, do not turn it in your hands, do not give it to anyone. "Taking your underwear off in public and putting it on the dining table would be terrible, but that's exactly what you do with a mask" he says.
1. You should have the same number of masks as pairs of underwear - from 6 to 12.
2. Change and wash them regularly.
3. Don't wear the same one for a week, because you wouldn't do that with underwear.
