1. Return of Printed Books
1.1 Return Deadlines
Customers have the right to return printed books within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
1.2 Return Conditions
Returns are only possible if the book has not been used, has retained its trade dress and all original packaging materials, labels and stickers.
If the book was damaged during delivery, the customer must report the damage within 7 calendar days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
1.3 Return Process
To begin the return process, the customer must contact our customer service team with the order number, reason for return and attach photos (if required).
After receiving approval for the return, the customer will be provided with an address to which the book must be shipped.
The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer unless the reason for the return is due to Jaaj.Club error or damage to the product during delivery.
1.4 Refunds
Funds will be refunded within 7-10 business days after receipt of the book and checking its condition.
Funds will be refunded to the same payment method used for purchase.
2. Return of eBooks
2.1 Return Conditions
E eBooks can only be returned if the book has not been downloaded or read. If the download has been completed, no refund is possible.
If the customer has purchased the eBook by mistake or technical problems have been detected (e.g. the file does not open), a refund is possible provided the problem has been reported within 7 calendar days of purchase.
2.2 Refund Process
The customer must contact our support team with the order number and a description of the problem. Our team will review the request and provide a solution within 3 business days.
2.3 Refunds
If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned within 7-10 business days to the same payment method used for purchase.
3. Exceptions
Active items and special offers: Refunds for such items may not be granted. All such cases are considered on an individual basis.
Gift Cards and Certificates: Refunds are not applicable.
